Teachers and associates in the teaching process make a team that completes all programmes.
School principle is in charge of the organization and development of the teaching process, programs for improving educational work at school and evaluation of all forms of work with pupils. Activities related to planning, organizing and monitoring of educational work at school, psychological and instructive work and counselling work with pupils and parents are entrusted to professional associates – the psychologist and the pedagogue of the school.
The professional development of teachers is permanent and is realized through methodical seminars organized by professional societies and scientific and cultural institutions in the country and abroad. Teachers and professional associates of the school are authors and implementers of the program of professional development at our school.
