Work Experience:

-Since 2010 Coordinator of the Cambridge programs within the “Ruđer Bošković” education system, (Cambridge ESOL exams manager and CIE program leader).
-Co-author of online discussion on Moodle platform regarding the role of teachers in the classroom organized by the Southeast Europe English Teachers Association – SEETA, October 2010;
-Author, co producer and program coordinator of professional advancement programs for the Cambridge Certificate for Teachers and Trainers since 2009. year;
-Co-author, co producer and coordinator of accredited professional advancement programs “Towards a better understanding” since 2008, and “How to evaluate and improve one’s own teaching practice” since 2010.
-As a trainer of English teachers she has held various workshops: “Teaching English with students of different achievement levels”, “Planning classes in teaching English” and “Interesting ways of practicing grammar structures” in all the major towns in Serbia, 2005-2013.
-Chairperson of the English Language Teachers’ Association – ELTA, 2005 – 2007 as a volunteer function, organization of annual ELTA IATEFL Conferences with over 600 participants in 2005 and 2006 at the Sava Centre in Belgrade.
-Member of the “Ruđer Bošković” high school faculty as an English teacher since the school was founded in 2003, and since 2006 English teacher for the English B course within the International Baccalaureate programme (IB Diploma Programme).
-1999 – 2003 teacher of English in “Milutin Milanković” high school in Belgrade. Co-author of English language tests for primary schools and member of the evaluating committees for writing and speaking skills at regional and national English competitions for primary and secondary school students.
-Since 1995 regularly attends seminars for teachers of English language organized by the Ministry of Education and Sports of the Republic of Serbia, the British Council in Belgrade, the Culture Department of the US embassy in Belgrade and representatives of the Longman, Oxford
University Press and Cambridge University Press publishers.

Participated in projects set up by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia, the English Language Teachers Association – ELTA and by the British Council and the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade: Serbia Touring (2006), Towards Better Understanding (2008-2013), New Challenges, New Perspectives (2012).
