Language Day, the Italian and French Way
On Thursday, 8 October, students learning Italian and French celebrated Language Day with presentations on a range of topics. Robert Bullock introduced us to the French military leader Napoleon Bonaparte, Konstantin Marchenko spoke about the life and work of French writer Albert Camus, and Platon Zubov chose to present Marie Curie. To round off the event, the students enjoyed some French pastries, including pains au chocolat and éclairs, before taking part in a quiz prepared by Emilija Manojlović.
