Kladovo, Kraljevo, Tara or Niš – which destination will we explore first? In class, primary school students in the MYP learned about the destinations they will visit on their upcoming school trip through a series of engaging presentations.

They discovered a wealth of interesting facts and learned what awaits them – from visits to monasteries and cultural and historical sites, to exploring natural wonders such as Đavolja Varoš, the Đerdap Gorge and Stopića Cave, as well as cruises along the Danube and Drina rivers and a variety of sports activities.

With plenty of enthusiasm, questions and curiosity, students explored their destinations, asked questions and eagerly discovered new information. In doing so, they demonstrated important IB learner attributes – a spirit of inquiry, openness to new experiences and perspectives, and a desire to gain new knowledge. Their teachers further encouraged their curiosity through their own knowledge and enthusiasm, showing how learning can continue beyond the classroom.

The school trip hasn’t even begun, but the adventure is already well underway!
