Our Spanish language teachers, Marina Milovanović and Vanja Rakočević, have been selected to participate in the Erasmus+ project “Spanish without limits – InclusivE”. As part of this project, they, along with their colleagues from the Association of Spanish Language Teachers of Serbia, attended a course in Barcelona from May 15^th, 2023, to May 19^th, 2023.

The course, which had over 20 participants from Ireland, the United Kingdom, Croatia, Lithuania, Romania, Italy, and Germany, focused on training and clear guidelines for teaching Spanish to students with special needs or learning disabilities. The teachers had the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia, attention deficit disorder, and hyperactivity in students, as well as certain situations from the autism spectrum.

We believe that this rich experience, along with examples of good practice, will positively impact Spanish language teaching. Through workshops, the teachers will be able to share the acquired knowledge, which can be beneficial for everyone in our educational system.
