SABAC Dairy

Within the topic How we organize / How we organize ourselves (Supply and Demand), grade 3 students were in SABAC dairy. They visited the Agricultural school and learned how to begin the process of collecting and processing milk – from raw material to finished product. They understood the interconnectedness of village and town. They learned about the importance of creating hygienic conditions at the factory for processing milk.
