World Autism Awareness Day

Our third-year high school students visited the Čukarica Daycare Centre on Wednesday, 2^nd April 2025, to mark World Autism Awareness Day. They had the opportunity to talk with the centre’s users and see how they socialise, spend time together, and what kinds of activities are available to them. The students participated in a creative workshop, played table tennis, and engaged in conversations with the centre’s staff. The colour blue symbolises World Autism Awareness Day, as it represents tolerance, calmness, and acceptance — values we should all embrace as a society when it comes to supporting people with autism.
