Visit to the Museum of Illusions
School visits to the Museum of Illusions are already becoming part of our tradition. Students of all ages can enjoy the diverse and interactive exhibits of the Museum, and can be also useful as it contains elements of the some themes of particular school subjects. This year, third grade students, who attend Psychology and Knowledge Theory (TOK) within the Diploma Program visited the Museum. During the visit, organized on May 12, the students had the opportunity to analyse the physiological and psychological explanations for the appearance of some illusions with their subject teachers, but also to discuss the origin of knowledge and the reliability of perception as a source of knowledge.
