Topola i Orašac

As part of the school project commemorating significant dates in Serbian history, Grade 9 students visited the Karađorđe’s Residence in Topola and the Marićevića Ravine in Orašac. These places are the most important locations that tie Serbian history to Sretenje, the Statehood Day of the Republic of Serbia. Through this excursion, students not only recalled the dates, personalities, and events related to the Serbian Revolution but also gained a comprehensive insight into how our ancestors once lived and fought against the Ottoman invader.
