School Trip to Vrnjačka Banja

This year, our Grade 5 students went on a trip to Vrnjačka Banja from 15^th to 20^th May 2025. This school trip will be remembered as their final PYP adventure, filled with friendship, sports competitions, laughter, fun, and the deep connections forged among this group of students. They explored the beauty of Vrnjačka Banja and its lovely park through which the Lipovica River flows. The group visited Gradac and the Church of St. Sava, as well as Mount Goč, where they toured the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Monastery of Saints Cosmas and Damian. The most exciting parts of the trip were the adventure park, archery practice, and the visit to the Vrnjci Zoo. The students spent their time playing in the park, socialising, and exploring the surroundings. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves, though there were some tears toward the end as the trip was coming to a close — a trip they will always remember fondly. The sadness was also tied to the awareness that they were soon to part ways with their beloved class teachers.
