Language and food day

Nine stands were ready on October 9. to mark Language Day. Students enjoyed the French, Russian, Armenian, Spanish, Italian, English, Serbian, Spanish and Chinese booths. Students, teachers and our Gile made an effort to prepare or procure food. We learned some interesting recipes and some facts about different cultures of the countries where the food came from. We also spoke in numerous different languages. The Chinese booth also had a Chinese writing workshop. Once again we showed camaraderie, friendship and unity regardless of our origin, language or religion.
