Kanga Cloths at the Museum of African Art
The visit to the Museum of African Art was both an engaging and educational experience. Students had the opportunity to learn more about the rich and diverse culture of the African continent, as well as the significance of traditional masks in various rituals and daily life. They were particularly intrigued by the current exhibition dedicated to Kanga cloths, which revealed how clothing items in East Africa convey messages, identity, and the aesthetic values of the community.
