Grade 9 Visits the SANU Gallery

Grade 9 students visited the SANU Gallery (Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts), where they had the opportunity to explore the exhibition Đuro Daničić – Language Loyalty. Organised to mark the 200th anniversary of the birth of Đuro Daničić, the exhibition celebrates one of the most influential philologists in the development of the modern Serbian language

Through a carefully curated selection of documentary materials, artistic objects, and printed publications, students learnt more about the life and work of Đuro Daničić, as well as his contribution to Serbian philology and literature.

The visit was an excellent opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of the history of the Serbian language and reflect on the importance of preserving cultural heritage.
