Exhibition “Plants as Spice“
G7 students visited the exhibition “Plants as Spice – in the Realm of Aroma, Taste, and Colour” at the Gallery of the Natural History Museum. The exhibition emerged as a fusion of biology, history, and culinary art.
The exhibition is interactive, and students learned a lot about spices, such as which spice is the most expensive in the world, about the various types of peppers, they were able to smell the spices and guess the spice plant.
