European Language Day

To celebrate European Language Day on September 26th, our school hosted Dr. Mandy Scott, Honorary Lecturer from the Australian National University, who gave an insightful lecture on the importance of language learning. Students and teachers organized a variety of workshops and activities, including a calligraphy course, a quiz in Spanish, a quiz “How many languages do I know?”, an English proverbs workshop, and Latin dialogues. Students enjoyed tasting different traditional foods, learned new facts about the origins and importance of languages, showcased creativity, and practiced international-mindedness and communication skills.
