Be Cyber Smart

On Monday, 28^th October, we hosted speakers from KPMG, which is marking October as International Cybersecurity Awareness Month through its campaign Be Cyber Smart. KPMG prepared an interactive lecture for students in grades 6 and 7, which included a presentation, useful examples, and a fun quiz.

Global research shows that children are increasingly exposed to cybercriminal attacks and peer cyberbullying.

This year’s campaign aims to educate school-aged children about the challenges they face online and improve their safety in the digital environment, fostering and enhancing their critical thinking, responsible behaviour, and understanding of risks.
