Autumn Masquerade

On Thursday, 24th October, PYP students held an Autumn Masquerade and celebrated Hispanic Heritage Days. The event was organized by Grade 5 students, led by their Spanish teacher, Vanja Rakočević. A large number of students came dressed in costumes, and those who didn’t participate cheered on their friends from the audience. Each participant took a turn on the stage to showcase their costume and introduce themselves. While the jury made its decisions, Grade 3 students performed an autumn song they had created themselves. Three awards were given for the most creative costumes, along with three additional awards in a special category for the best Hispanic-themed masks.
