A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Thalia, the muse of comedy, put Grade 8B students to the test on 26th March 2025—but without success. Neither the rain nor upcoming tests could keep them from attending a play at the Little Theatre Duško Radović. Shakespeare’s play captured the students’ interest, offering not only its classic text but also an additional dimension of theatrical interpretation. The performance demanded keen attention, requiring shifts in focus from one stage action to another, while a third layer framed the overarching story.

Post-show discussions and classroom conversations allowed students to exchange perspectives and share impressions. This was their first but significant step into the world of Shakespeare’s dramatic poetry.
