Grade 7 School Trip to Kraljevo

From 27 September to 1 October, Grade 7 students visited Kraljevo and the surrounding area. Over the course of five days, we explored some of Serbia’s most famous monasteries and historical landmarks, including Studenica, Žiča and Ljubostinja monasteries, the city of Kruševac and the beautiful Lazarica Church, as well as Vrnjačka Banja. Each place tells a story of our rich medieval heritage and culture. On our way back, we visited the city of Kragujevac and the Šumarice Memorial Park, a deeply moving experience for us all.

We spent our afternoons relaxing by the river, taking part in various sports activities and enjoying time with our friends. Our evenings were filled with fun at the hotel and trips to the cinema to watch films.

This school trip gave us the opportunity not only to learn more about our history, but also to spend time together, laugh and have fun.
