We are very proud to highlight the outstanding achievement of Konstantin Krutikov, a student from class 5b, who took part in the chess event New Chess Hopes 2026, held on February 28, 2026, in Belgrade.

As part of this important chess event, a simultaneous exhibition was organised in which young chess players competed against the European champion, Teodora Injac. In strong and challenging competition, Konstantin demonstrated exceptional composure, concentration, and chess skill, achieving a remarkable result—he was the only participant who managed to defeat the European champion.

This great success confirms his talent, dedication, and love for chess, and it is a special source of pride for our school.
