An innovative teaching resource, The Scientific Method – Step by Step, created by Dr Vesna Hlavati Širka, was presented at the International Teachers’ Conference on 30 November 2025.

This carefully designed material provides students with a clearly structured approach to understanding the scientific method – from formulating a research question and hypothesis, and selecting variables, to planning an experiment and recording data, followed by results analysis and evaluation.

The material was created with the aim of bringing science closer to students in a simple, practical, and inspiring way.
