Emotions

The PYP research theme “Who are we” and the first direction of the research on the equal importance of physical and mental health, led to the realization of a workshop by school psychologist Danijela Andrejić Mićović with Grade 4 students. Together they recognized emotions and tried to describe in which part of the body they feel them, and then they learned some of the exercises how to better regulate their emotions. They realized how important it is to learn to express emotion properly because it contributes to emotional health, happiness and success.
After the workshop, working in groups, they wrote down suggestions and created posters that can help the students of our school – how to maintain happiness, overcome sadness or anger, fear and shame and how to face jealousy.
