In Kladovo – with prehistory, the Romans, Đerdap and nature
Grade 6 students, as per usual, visited Kladovo, a small town on the banks of river Danube, close to Romania. They visited Lepenski vir, watched a film about the discovery of the site and got acquainted with that ancient culture. Boat ride, encounter with Decibel, river Vratna, visit to Vratna monastery, Đerdap hydroelectric power plant, Fetislam fortress, museums in Kladovo and Zaječar, Felix Romuliana site – were all a part of the educational contents of this excursion. The entertainment took place in the form of enjoyment in the evening with movies and football matches. We took walks around the city and went shopping for souvenirs while enjoying ice cream.
We are looking forward to our future trips.
