Ruđer’s young graduates visited Niš and it’s surrounding area this year. During the sun-bathed days, we enjoyed visiting the Niš fortress, exploring the inner city of Niš, listening to interesting facts about Serbian national history during visits to the memorial park on Čegra, Bubnje, the memorial complex “February 12”, the Ćele tower and the Ravanica monastery. We went on a tour of Đavolja varoš (Devil’s Town) and Sićevo gorge. In the afternoon, we engaged in sports activities by the river Nišava. The evening program did not lag behind the daytime activities – we enjoyed the films “The Creator” and “Što se bore misli moje”, while the deeply emotional story of first love and growing up, which was shown in the play “Games in the Sand”, didn’t leave anyone indifferent.

Friendship, laughter and a good atmosphere accompanied us during the entirety of our five day long trip. We have made some incredible memories on our last elementary school field trip together.
