Fashion in Modern Serbia

On Thursday, 16^th January 2020, a group of MYP Design students visited the Museum of Applied Art and the current exhibition Fashion in Modern Serbia. The exhibition curated by Draginja Maskareli, senior curator at the Museum of Applied Art, presents a selection of 81 fashion items from the Museum’s Textile and Costume Collection. These exhibits represent the most accurate testimonies of the development of fashion sense and style in Serbia, mostly thorough the items of influential Serbs in the 19^th and early 20^th centuries.
