A Day at the Museum
Traditionally, we spent the greatest Serbian family saint’s day – St. Nicholas, in a museum! On December 19, we were at The Museum of Yugoslavia, The House of Flowers and the old museum. We had a great time – both the teachers who felt nostalgic for President Tito’s time and the students who had the opportunity to hear for the first time a comprehensive story about Yugoslavia, President Tito, relays, the Youth Day celebrations, socialism etc. In the end, we looked at the exhibition: Nineties – Dictionary of Migration. It saddened us and made us aware of engaged art. The pictures and images we have seen will remain vivid and strong for a long time.
